There are many things I can say about the high quality of service I provide to my home seller and home buyer clients, but probably none would be as credible as testimonials from some of my recent clients themselves.

First I want to thank you for the lovely wine set, which is terrific and even some friends mentioned how nice it was! Had to check her bag before she left to make sure she didn’t lift it! Between the move, attempting to unpack, working 7 days a week until this past week and getting acclimated to the new house, it was difficult to remember to send a thank you. It kept flying out of my head and even today, I was sending off an email! We loves Wesleyan a ton, the girls are so very happy there, can’t thank you enough for finding us the place. Down the road I may need some more referrals for the house on things, but we’ll get set first.

I strongly advise anyone who is trying to sell their home or look for a new one, that they use the services of Lisa Sherman. Because of tips she gave me I was able to sell my home for many more thousands than would otherwise be possible. Together we found a condo for me and I couldn't be happier with the results. My name is Michelle Luppens. My husband and I recently sold our house in Dix Hills (20 McNulty St.) with the assistance of Lisa Sherman.
She was absolutely FANTASTIC througout the entire process! My husband and I liked Lisa immediately because she was honest, direct, and clearly "knew her stuff". She gave us excellent suggestions in preparing our house to be put on the market. PS - we were in contract within 1 WEEK of putting the house up for sale!
Toward the end of the contract period, my husband and I ran into a few issues with our buyer. Without rehashing all the details, suffice it to say, we were beyond frustrated, angry and impatient. During this time, Lisa went above and beyond the calling of a 'real estate agent". She did everything in her power to help move the process along including phone calls and e-mails on weekends and late nights. She was sympathetic and never bothered by our NUMEROUS phone calls and questions, not to mention the many "venting" sessions I personally subjected her too. She was a real friend and knew exactly what to say to help keep us calm and optimistic that everything would work out - and she was right. In the end we closed on our house, as planned.
Lisa is extremely competent in her job but she is also a great person who really cares about her clients.
